Pricing

Base Rate: $85/hr + materials (1 hr minimum & 15 min. increments thereafter)

What’s included?

  • all home repair services (see “about” section)
  • unlimited free remote quotes / estimates
  • free material pickup/delivery for job
  • before & after photos of all work (if requested)
  • no up-front deposits required for work or materials (unless materials are in excess of $150)

Payment accepted via Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, Check, or Cash

Why an hourly rate?

Most contractors work on a “per-job” basis or flat fee but I find that working on an hourly basis is more cost effective for both myself and the client. Very often when working on projects you run into unexpected things along the way which may or may not add time to the task. When charging a flat fee, you need to up-charge to account for these unexpected things—even if they don’t happen. On an hourly basis, if nothing unexpected comes up along the way then you are not stuck paying more than you need to. If something does come up, then I am compensated for the additional time it takes. Either way, you only pay for the time I am there and you have full transparency of what was charged and why!

Investors/Landlords: $200/mo + base rate

Realtors: $300/mo + base rate

  • Remote advisement on repairs, renovations, property condition, management, & investment feasibility
  • Guaranteed 2 hour response time
  • Optional direct to client invoicing with your branding
  • Expedited scheduling

Property Managers: $1000/mo + base rate

  • All prior offerings plus
  • 24 hour emergency availability
  • Direct tenant communication/point of contact for up to 50 units
  • Highest-priority scheduling
  • Guaranteed 1 hour response time
