Where I offer my services
My workshop is located in Everett MA and I generally maintain about a half-hour driving radius for the areas I service. That’s about as far north as Stoneham, as far west as Watertown, and as far south as Dorchester. Under limited circumstances I may travel farther so please inquire if you are unsure if you are within the coverage area
My Background
After graduating with my Bachelors in Finance in 2020 and spending some time as a small business owner, I fell into handywork while job searching and quickly found that I enjoyed the work so much that I pursued it as a full-time career. With my prior experience managing a late 1800’s 6-family property for several years in Ridgewood NY, I have experience in repair work and the perspective of an owner/landlord which helps me excel in offering high-quality repairs while knowing what to prioritize given the client requests, property condition, and financial goals.
Why I do this work
There’s something very satisfying in making repairs, bringing spaces back to life, and getting to see a job from start to finish. It’s always a good feeling to know I was a part of that process and the job was done right. This work also offers me the opportunity to meet new clients from all walks of life and visit incredible places which makes every day new and interesting.
As a sole proprietor, I get to be my authentic self without bureaucracy and other constraints. I enjoy being honest and transparent with my clients and in turn it’s helped me build a large and growing client base since people appreciate my work and trust me. Too many contractors and other tradespeople take advantage of clients (I never understood why because they are only hurting themselves in the long run) so it’s nice to be someone people can rely on.
